The Spire Database at slayspiredb.com does not collect or store personal information unless you choose to sign in.
Signing in with Google, Discord, Twitch or Steam creates an account linked to that provider's account id, with a display name and the email address the provider gives, which the site keeps to contact you about your account. Steam provides no email address. For Google the display name is your name, or the part of your email address before the @ when Google gives no name. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 92 days.
Your account stores what you choose to save or post: deck builds, tool settings, comments, votes, corrections you propose, images you upload and the run records you add to the site's run statistics. Comments are shown on the page they belong to.
When you use this site's app in ChatGPT or another assistant, the assistant sends this site the tool it calls and that tool's inputs: a search phrase, a game, an entry kind and name, a language and a result position. The site uses them only to answer that request and does not store them. The request carries no account, so the site cannot tie it to you.
Every request, an assistant app's included, is recorded in the web server's access log: the sending address, the time, the requested path, the response status and size, the referring page and the client name. Access logs are deleted after 15 days. Account records stay until you remove them or the account is deleted.
You can delete your comments, votes, saved builds and uploaded images, and withdraw your run records, on the site. To have the whole account deleted, write to [email protected] and name the account you signed in with.
Analytics scripts, when they load, receive ordinary traffic data such as page views. They are not used to track you as an individual.
If you are unsure about anything, write to [email protected].
