Large Capsule is one of Neow's relics with a drawback in Slay the Spire 2: "Upon pickup, obtain 2 random Relics. Add an additional Strike and Defend to your Deck."
The two relics
Each relic is rolled like an elite's relic reward: 50% common, 33% uncommon, 17% rare. It comes from the front of your own relic list, which holds the shared relics plus your character's relics, so either one can be a character relic. Relics taken this way do not come back later in the run.

Every character's basic Strike deals 6 damage (9 upgraded) and their Defend gives 5 Block (8 upgraded). The added cards are the same basic cards, so Strike-based effects such as Perfected Strike and Nutritious Soup count them.
What Neow does not offer with it
Neow offers two relics from its main list and one relic with a drawback. When the drawback relic is Large Capsule, the main list drops Lava Rock and Small Capsule:
